I found a bug, how do I report it?

Email us at support@zentriq.ch with a description, screenshots if possible, and steps to reproduce. We investigate every report.

Can I request a demo?

Absolutely! Email us and we'll schedule a 15-minute live demo of Zentriq PunchOut and the Zentriq Agent tailored to your workflow.

Do you offer onboarding help?

Yes. We provide free onboarding for all paid plans, including BC extension installation, environment setup, and team training.
